USB2ANY LMK04821 Connection Issue

Hello everyone

We have lmk04821 eval board and colud not connect to computer via usb2any. I downloaded codeloarder  and installed it then connect usb2any. program tried to update but it failed . OS is windows xp and I also tried to this in windows 7 but the it failed too. now usb section and identify section in codeloader is gray .

I could not communicate computer and eval board via usb2any ...how can I fix this

    Hello Ahmet,
    Please make sure the device driver is setup properly, you might need to uninstall the driver and reinstall and checking the computer device manager for proper installation. make sure also that USB mode is selected in code loader.
    For code loader GUI, make sure that the GUI is properly installed, with system locale (English) properly set. The same goes for the device drivers. Some LMK family EVM boards (e.g. LMK04806) might require extra adapter for the U2A.
    Another simple still common error is not sending the configuration to the device. Note that not all GUIs are automatically or actively sending the configuration with each change, for example in “Codeloader” you need to press Ctrl+L, in some other CDC devices you might need to turn on “Enable Auto Update” option.

    Hi Mr. Noeman

    I tried your suggestions but it didnt work . I set windows 7 language english properly. uninstall drivers and codeloader and clean install them again. Codeloader interface is in below.

    how to fix this problem

    Ok I fixed it its all about the driver issue and I solve it with USBfirmloader(C:\Program Files (x86)\Texas Instruments\CodeLoader 4\bin)
