Hello Kozo. Thanks for your interest in TI products. This product (TLC2932A) is an older product and not recommended for new designs by TI and the status will be changing to reflect that. We do not have applications engineering support available to evaluate your question. I would strongly suggest evaluating the CDC(M)7005 as an alternative for your design. This part should have the flexibility to support your desired frequency and is supported by TI.
