LMK01020 LVPECL DIFF Output Swing vs Frequency

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LMK01020, ADC08D1520, LMK01010, LMK01000

Hello,

I want to use LMK LVPECL CLK BUF at 1.5GHz to clock the ADC08D1520. ADC08D1520 has a CLK+/- input range of 0.4Vpp<Vid<2.0Vpp and LMK01020 datasheet (on page 7/26 of LMK01000 datasheet) with Vboost=0 shows VOD(max)=965mV which will make VOD(diff)=2 x 965mV =1.93Vpp. I prefer to use LMK01020 instead of LMK01010 which is the LVDS version to have a higher swing at ADC CLK input

There is NO data about the LMK01020 LVPECL DIFF Output Swing vs frequency to show what would this amplitude be @ 1.5GHz. This is a CLK BUF which has a maximum frequency range up to 1.6GHz and I believe output swing will be less that what datasheet shows.

Is there any data available about the LMK01020 Ouytput Swing vs Frequency? Any thoughts about my question?

Thanks,

-Reza
