I have clear PC screen EVM Software 1.2.1 right frequency. All lamps are ON (EVM power, USB status, SPI Bus Status, Lock).

What are the desired output frequencies and what input frequency do you want to use? Is it crystal input or external input and what level? I can generate an .ini file and send over. The file you attached shows a 30.72MHz input but the settings don't quite make sense.

We used on-board crystal 30.72MHz. Problem is the PC screen and EVM not match. We can't go further.

You can bypass on-board crystal and use an external reference at a desired frequency. What are the output frequencies you desire? Do you have any external reference that you can provide? Or you can swap out the on-board 30.72MHz crystal to another crystal with the desired frequency.
