Astable timer TLC555. My design is the same that given on page 9 of the datasheet. RA=7500 ohms, RB=47 ohms, CT=680pF, C_cont= 1nF and Vcc=15V. I get F=180Khz. We use it for a long time but for the last 30 designs, we got some trouble. it is : after 1 month, the TLC555 doesn't fonction correctely. It fonctions, only, under 14V and the frequency goes down. It seems broken. Do you have some idea about what happens now ? Best regard]
