Is there a way to manually tune the VCO inside the LMX2592? Also, can the band/capacitor values be read after an internal calibration to a desired frequency?

Gary,

Yes, so first do a normal calibration to the desired frequency, then tristate the charge pump (register CP_EN=0). Then you can tune the voltage at Vtune (device pin 35) between 0 and 2.5V to adjust the VCO manually. There is readback for register values but not for actual internal component values. Thanks!
