We are just looking for the part covering output frequency 0.2GHz - 1.2GHz.

We are considering LMX2541 but it has some part numbers.

All part number of LMX2541 seems to meet the range of 0.2GHz - 1.2GHz using VCO_DIV, doesn't it?

Do you have recommendation?

Hi,

Actually none of these options would work for continuous frequency coverage. For that, consider the LMX2571 or LMX2581.

Take the LMX2541SQ2060E and look at the datasheet page 3

The VCO tunes 1990 to 2240 MHz

But we can divide by 1,2,3,4,5,.... 63

So divide by 2 can do 995 to 1120 MHz, there is a gap from 1120 - 1990 MHz

Divide by 3 can do 663.3 - 746.7 MHz, there is a gap from 746.7 - 1120 MHz
