hello!
I am asking for TPL5100, TPL5010 and TPL5110 LT spice model because i don't find it.
If there isn't spice model for these reference, can you suggest me other similar timers for LT spice ?

Hello, I've notified someone to see if they can respond about a spice model. I don't think we normally provide spice models.

However we do have IBIS models available on the product folder under the "tools & software" tab for these devices. Please consider using IBIS models.

Hello Timothy,

During the passed month, i tried to simulate the ibs file.
But i didn"t found a specifique software for this simulation.

Can you help me to find the best simulator for ibs file ?

Mentor Graphics' HyperLynx or Keysight's ADS can be used to simulate with IBIS (ibs) files.
