What is the recommended input termination for HCSL buffers without internal termination.

The input is from a Xtal oscillator with differential output.

Hi Hitesh,

The recommended termination for a traditional current mode HSCL driver is 33 ohms in series (optional) with 50 ohms to ground (for 100 ohm differential PCB trace impedance). The output can be direct DC coupled into a HSCL receiver.

There is no need to bias the receiver at 375mV?

Hi Hitesh,
There is no need to bias the receiver since traditional HSCL drivers produce an output signal that swings from GND to ~700mV with a common mode of ~350mV when terminated with a 49.9 ohm shunt resistor to GND.
