LMX2592 OSCin Slew rate

Hi,

My system recieves a 100MHz single ended sinus clock that I wish to use for drive the LMX2592 OSCin.

The datasheet does not specify a required slew rate.

Can I assume that as long as the input Vppd is within the requirement (0.2-2Vppd) then the device will meet the specified performance?

Hi Itai,
The slew rate of a 100MHz sinewave clock is already high enough, so sine wave is good. However, to get datasheet in-band performance, the phase noise of this 100MHz clock has to be very good. Suggest the 10kHz offset phase noise of the 100Mhz clock be closed to or better than -150dBc/Hz.
