Hello,
I am looking for the Datasheet of the TMS3459BNL from Ti. It is out of the Seventies and located in a radio clock (Telefunken digitale 50).
In my case, it behaves strangely, because the second dots are blinking normal, than faster and again normal and so on. I suspect the Oscillator between Pin 15 and 16. Perhaps the cap (ceramic) is defective? But I don't really believe, he is it. For this case I need the datasheet or the Pinout of the IC to make a diagnostic.
BTW I have NO Oscilloscop, just a multimeter with Volts, Amperes, Ohms, diode tester, capacity tester and frequency counter.
