TPL5110

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPL5110

I would like to use the TPL5110 to generate a single 5 second time interval on power up and I need to know what errors I need to stack up to determine the accuracy of the timing interval over temperature and production run. Currently I have taken into account the tolerance of the timing resistor, the drift of the resistor over temperature, the differences between the part's quadratic equations at the 5 second beak point, and the typical time interval setting accuracy of +/-0.6%.

What other errors need to be considered? I can't tell by the data sheet if all the oscillator accuracies also need to be taken into account for a one-shot application.

Also, the data sheet lacks the maximum time interval setting accuracy so without that data item I'm not sure how close I am going to be able to get on how wide the 5 second time interval could be.

Any insight into solving these issues would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!
