I have two questions about LMK03318 as below.

1. We have 23 inch layout trace on LMK03318 output side. Is it over length?

2. Can LMK03318 increase Clock signal? If yes, how to we should modify it?

They can do signal integrity analysis using the LMK03318 IBIS file with different output driver models with their PCB trace and clock receiver models to see if the received signal meets their requirements.

The differential outputs can be configured to AC-LVPECL mode for highest swing to overcome some loss from the trace loss.
