Hello,

I would like to convert on a wide band (1 to 3 GHz) the "square" waveform at the output of the RFout pin into a sine wave.

I can put at the output a low pass filter but the frequency is not variable. Do you know a meaning to obtain a beautiful sine wave on a large band (1 to 2 GHz).

I want to use the LMX2592 as a variable frequency sine wave source in a doppler radar.

Hi Jean,

The output is rich in odd harmonics because of the nature of the divider. I think if you put a LPF with cutoff <3GHz, you shall be able to get a better "sine" waveform between 1 and 2GHz output.

With mathematical function of my scope (DSO91204A) I fond the cut off frequency has to be 1.3 GHz. I ordered one filter and I am waiting for it.
