Dear,

Our customer has been using Rubidium clock with this phase noise and 10MHz/1.41Vp-p/50ohm sine wave output..

And looking for proper square wave converter for the clock to make 10MHz square /2.7Vp-p/75ohm..with lowest jitter, duty error..

I have evaluated CDC3RL02 but it has some of unexpected additive jitter...Please let me know if we have suitable solution..

Perhaps, the customer can try this device instead - CDC3S04: www.ti.com/.../cdc3s04.pdf

The additive jitter seems to be better than the one that they are currently evaluating.
