Hi Michael,

For the supply pins on U12 and U11, please add 0.01uF for each supply pin. 

Also please add a 10kohm to Vcc for those logic pins that are pulled high.

Thanks for the input. Yes I have a bank of decoupling that I didn't show. Rev 1 board is hard pulled-up to power. Do you see an immediate problem with this? I will add 10K next rev if not.
