When toggling Power_Down high-to-low, is there a MIN time required to keep the state LOW? There is certainly a difference when re-boot from FLASH or from JTAG, so I'm guessing there must be a MIN time associated with this. Fig 17 does not indicate, nor are there any values in the Timing table. Please advise.
