please, tell us wich OS version you are using. It work for win7 64b SP1.

I am using Win10 Pro 64b, I tried with win7 compatibility mode but it did not work.
I also tried on Win Xp pro 32b but PLLatinum require Microsoft .Net Framework 4.5 and I can't install it on Win Xp.
