Hi,

there are some erratas, concerning datasheet of CDCE72010:

On page 55, table 14 (Lock-Detect Window ...), "PHASE-OFFSET AT PFD-INPUT" 5,8 ns, LOCKW3 and LOCKW2 must be 0 and not 1!

Further more, the "Read command" on page 19 - Table 4 - must be xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxA AAAx1110 and not xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx AAAA1110.

I' m looking forward to get a feedback...

    Hi Simon,

    Yes, on page 55, table 14 we have an error and you are right that the both bits must be 0. Thank you for pointing us. We will update the information in next datasheet revision.

    The read instruction is AAAA1110 where AAAA is the register address. However the readback register address is AAAx and not AAAA . This is an issue. In a read instruction on SPI_MISO Bit0 is stuck at 0 this is why we recommend ignoring the address field read back when accessing the CDCE72010. In our upcoming revision of the datasheet, we explain this behaviour.
