CDCM61004: max. junction temperature ?

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CDCM61004

Hello,

in the datasheet of the CDCM61004 the max. junction temperature is NOT specified. What is the max. allowed junction temperature?

In my application  the case temperature (top) is 90°C (worst case). The power loss of the chip is max. 0,66W (3,3V *0,2A).

By using the Junction-to-case (top) thermal resistance I can calculate the junction temperature.

Tjunction = 90°C+0,66W*25,7°C/W = 107°C

The question is if 107°C junction temperature is allowed or not?

Thanks!

Greetings from Austria,

Daniel
