Hi Sir

Video source  ==>TX(ADC ->scaling->serdes) ==> fiber ==>RX(serdes->scaling->3S-SDI DAC==> Monotor.

in RX  side 3G-SDI DAC  get worse  JITTER , now consider between Scaling and 3G-SDI  put the solution "Video Pixel Clock Jitter 

eliminate"

the Pixel clock in 20Mhz~ 165MHz (can adj frequency ) ,vloatge is 3.3V . may you have suggestion?
