The customer would like to install the TICS Pro software. But he cannot install it in Windows XP system.

Which systems can the TICS Pro software be installed?

Can the TICS Pro software be installed in Windows XP system? If it can be installed in Windows XP system, how to solve the customer's issue?

Hello,

TICS Pro supports only Win7 and above.

CodeLoader software does support WInXP, but doesn't have some of the latest parts. What part is the customer using?
