Hi Team,

Can the CDCLVC1104 pass DC signals?  I see that the output frequency is listed with a minimum of DC.

    Hi Brian,

    Yes.  DC input is lower than input thershold Vth of Vdd/2, then output will be logic low.  If the DC input is above Vth, then the output will be logic high.
