A bit more information is needed, what is the profile of your reference(input) signal and output signal? Are they LVDS, LVPECL, LVCMOS, etc?

Below I found the only one solution from WEBENCH^® Designer

But CDCM6208V1 is Multi-channel I/O IC, not 1 input 1 output

The only one output devices we have do not accept a source and are the LMK61E2 and family.
