LMX2492EVM: Output at Lower Frequencies, Onboard 100 MHz Reference Clock, CodeLoader on Linux

I have a few questions about the LMX2492EVM:

1. How can I configure this board to output starting from the lowest of the advertised frequency range? (500 MHz)
2. What is the procedure for using the onboard 100 MHz reference clock?
3. Where can I get a version of CodeLoader that works on Linux?
