Hi team,
My customer is using CDCV304. They found that the rising edge is not very smooth and the slew rate will become less when close to VDD. Also the falling edge has a step in the middle and has a big negative over-shot after reaching GND. The result is as below. Yellow line is input. Blue line is output.
Do you know why our chip couldn't output the similar curve as the input clk curve?
