We checked Lock time screenshot as a below.

However, we need to change 900Mhz to 920Mhz Lock time on production test.

Can I get lock time really production test?

Hi Gerald,

Please use PLLatinum Sim (downloadable in ti.com) to do a lock time simulation. Also note that the total lock time consists of VCO calibration time and analog lock time.
