CDCEL913: Programmable Tool

Hi,

I'd like to review TI's programmable PLL clock CDCEL913.

And I wonder how I can get programming tool from TI.

I couldn,t find from E2E threads, so I think the tool is provided at a cost.

Please let me know how I get the programmable tool..
