I bought 84PCS LMX2592 chips, but that order include 8 PCS bad LMX2592, the concrete situation is the firt pin of LMX2592 and the 37ST pin of LMX2592 is connected in the chips, we tested many times , but the result is the same.

What is 37ST pin? LMX2592 does not have this pin.
Furthermore, where did you purchase the sample from?

I bought 84PCS LMX2592 from the TI's agent, we need to send 80 boards to our customers. We tested all boards, but we found 8PCS LMX2592 is bad, it's first pin is connected with the thirty - seven pin in the chip , first pin called "CE", thirty - seven pin called "VCC_VCO", that means first pin is always high, we can't disabled this chip, in the end, our customers are unsatisfied with this result
