LMK04208 devices are programmed using 32-bit registers. How is Microwire connected with SPI of Lanchpad in which 16-bit registers are used?

I'm not sure the details with the launchpad, but often the CS* or LE line can be user controlled and the SPI block sends each bit on CLK and DATA. So send out two 16 bit registers and then assert LE.

SPISOMI: SPI slave-output/master-input pin
• SPISIMO: SPI slave-input/master-output pin to DATA
• SPISTE: SPI slave transmit-enable pin to LE
• SPICLK: SPI serial-clock pin to CLK

Is it correct?

Concerning how deal with registers I'll consult MCU forum.

I'm not sure about that SPISTE pin to LE. Of course as I suggest, the LE pin can be any general IO pin. In cases where you can send a maximum of 16 bits at a time, you can send the first 16, load the second 16 in the interrupt, then after that send ends, in the interrupt toggle a GPIO for LE. Then load your next 16 bits.
