LMX2492: LMX2492 saw tooth waveform measure.

Hi:

Currently, we measure saw tooth waveform as datasheet  9.2.3 via CPout pin to infer the frequency and ramp rate.

Can you please tell me what instrument you use to measure frequency vs time?  We need to measure real data. Please let me know the vendor and model name.
