CDCLVP111: May we know how to calculate CDCLVP111 Tj?

Part Number: CDCLVP111

Hi Sir

May we know how to calculate CDCLVP111  Tj?

Form DS, our guide line is TJ need < 110 degree.

110(TJ) -23.2(Θjc) x 3.3(Voltage) x 0.38 (Icc) = 80.9 (TC) ==> is that mean if my TC is 80.9, the Tj will be over our guide lin? or my calculation is wrong?

  • Hi Bogey,

    Misapplication for RθJA.

    Please refer to

    Equation8 : Tj = Tc +  ΨJT x Power

ΨJT is smaller than RθJA. The actual junction temperature can be very closely estimated.

Power should adopt the MAX value in the whole operation temerature.

    Regards,

    Shawn
