CDCLVD1204: Single ended input AC or DC coupling

Hi,

I have a OCXO 3.3V single ended input to the CDCLVD1204.

What is the best way to interface to the input of the CDCLVD1204?

Something like this:

Were Rs is something like 50 Ohms, to reduce the voltage swing to 1.6Vpp?

Hi Ben

Please follow the datasheet recommendation for single ended LVCMOS inputs. Attached are the snapshots from datasheet. Input clock needs to meet VIH&VIL levels and inverting input pin is required to have a VTH.

Thanks for your reply. I've seen the datasheet.

I was wondering what is the best way to convert my 3.3V LMCMOS OCXO output to the CDCLVD1204 input. I've got a 40MHz signal.
