Our customer is using CDC3S04YFFR in project, and the project is in MP stage.
However, they find the CDC3S04YFFR will be empty solder or short circuit after a few month.
And they have solder their boards with best welding manufacturers.
Pls. give some advice about design and solder of CDC3S04YFFR.
Since the customer challenges us that the chips have quality problem.
