I have red datasheet for this part and as I understood this is sintesizer and modulator; BUT, how to demodulate signal produced with this part?

Hi Oliver,

This part is a PLL synthesizer and FSK modulator, it cannot do FSK demodulation.

There is nowhere any guide to demodulation, or which IC to use
