Part Number: CDCE62005EVM

I have buy the board CDCE62005EVM and download the application software. 

1. the clock-out planning tool can't generate 17Mhz & 170Mhz at the same time, but 17.2Mhz & 172Mhz is right.

2. in my application, I need to dynamic change clock frequency. If TI have provide the programming API for user to know how to generate the Mult.&Divide parameter with different clock frequency.
