cdce925 output random frequency clock even if the input clock is stopped. is it normal behaviour?

Hi Klaus

When the input clock is stopped, The VCO drifts to the lowest frequency it can generate. You might see switching clocks at the outputs. Better to dissable the clock outputs in this case.
