Hi to all,

I have read the documentation of SCAA120A  "How To Measure Total Jitter" in Completely.

To do the actual and Practical test, I need more detailed information for it Setup Test.

I am looking for a more precise documentary about test oscillator (and IC Clock Distributer and etc)  parameters With Spectrum Analyzer and Digital Scope.

 I appreciate any helps ;)

    Hi,

    The clock generator described in the document is the CDCM6208. The easiest way to evaluate the device according to the procedure in the document would be to use the evaluation module (EVM) for the device, which can be found here:

    -See section 8, 'Parameter Measurement Information' of the datasheet for information on how the parameters were measured:
