1) Is the process technology CMOS? 

A: It is a BiCMOS process technology

2) Is the -EP part only available in plastic quad flatpack? Any other option?

A: It is only available in 32-Pin LQFP Package.

3) Any radiation data (TID, SEE) on the -SP part?

4) Is the part subjected to shock/vibration qualification? Do you have the data?

3&4 A: Yes, the part if fully qualified and the data is availabe under NDA.
