Could you help to recommend a clock generation device that can meet below spec? It is used for Notebook GPU clock input.
• Frequency: 100 MHz.
• Voltage swing: 1.8 V.
• VIH = 1.45 V (min)
• VIL = 0.45 V (max)
• Accuracy: ± 10 ppm at room temperature, (± 30 ppm overall (including temperature drift)).
• Duty cycle (worst case): 45-55 (max).
• 200 ps (max) cycle-to-cycle jitter.
• 300 ps (max) long-term jitter (10,000 cycles after the triggered edge).
