CDCLVD1204: How to connect with HSTL

Hi,

The output connection point of the CDCLVD1204 is the FPGA of the HSTL input.
In the connection configuration,
LVDS ⇒ CDCLVD1204 ⇒ FPGA(HSTL)

Please tell me how to connect CDCLVD1204(out) and HSTL(input) (termination circuit).
