CDCE62005RGZT Problems
with constant PLL_LOCK = 1, even IC in powerdown. there is no closing with PLL_LOCK when power down.
with constant SPI_MISO = 1. no closing wih SPI_MISO when no power some never have PLL_LOCK.
the EEPROM setting should be Default by documentation meaning those IC were reused already.
How do i reset the EEPROM?
