Hello.
This is my first foray into driving the LMX2492. I have the evaluation board and am having problems getting the VCO to chirp. I noticed that when I select the PLL tab in codeloader4, the charge pump states it is active, yet the EVM uses a passive filter. Is this the problem? I know it is not chirping due to my monitoring the chargepump output and I should see this voltage ramp.
To the EVM, I have added a resistor to power up the 100MHz reference frequency and am looking for a signal in the divide by 4 port (note my spectrum analyzer is not capable of anything above 3 GHz
