CDCM9102: CDCM9102 temperature drift

Hello,

The CDCM61004 has a temperature drift limitation of 100°C (indicated in datasheet since revision H January 2016).

The CDCM9102 which is a "similar" device does not exhibit such a limitation in its datasheet (revision A April 2016).

How can I be sure that the CDCM9102 is not also limitated by a 100°C temperature drift ?

    Hi Fred,

    Apologies for the delay. I looked into this and CDCM9102 has the same VCO so it is also subject to this 100°C limitation.

    You mentioned CDCE62005 as an alternative in a different thread- that device has a different VCO and does not have this limitation. Any of the CDCE6200x parts should be ok.
