TPL5110: Current requirements at elevated temperatures

Part Number: TPL5110

Hello,

I am evaluating the TPL5110 for use in a wireless sensor. The sensor will be exposed to uncontrolled, elevated temperatures and I would like to better understand the power requirements for battery size optimization. The datasheet specifies typical and maximum values but only at ambient temperatures (25 C); are there additional data points that can be shared to better understand current requirements through the operational range?

Thank you!

  • Dear Rusty,

Thank you for your interest in the TPL5110. We try to provide as much information as possible on our device however we do not have more data for power consumption at higher temperature beside what you likely already found in the D/s in figure 2 page 7.

    Regards,
    Simon.
