In order to increase the output power have someone add a combiner to the RFoutAP and RFoutAM to gain a teorical 3 dB.

The out frequency is 10.224 GHz and i will try a wilkinson combiner plus a Lamda/4 delay line to add in phase.

any suggestion?

Sorry i was wrong Lamda/2 is the correct delay line

Dear Chiodo,

combining the signal and adding 180deg on one leg is a good approach in my opinion. A few suggestions:

1) You may not need the 100 ohm resistor for isolation of the wilkinson since both signals are in phase...You may consider simply matching the Z with lambda/4 inverter.

2) You may consider provision for additional matching between the combiner and the output. This would allow for fine tuning in Z and phase.
