Hi,
We are facing 2 issues after assembly of LMX2531 in our board.
1. When we assemble the component in reflow the IC doesn't work but if we replace this IC with new IC, the IC works as expected. This has been observed in 4 boards where each card has 4 IC's from the same family.
2. For few IC's of LMX2531, the RF generated shll be there only when we place a absorber nearby else the RF generated shall be 4MHz off. If we place RF absorber & press it with little force on the IC, the generated RF shall be present at the expected frequency.
Our doubt is that it may be some assembly issue. So we are looking for assembly recommendations & reflow profile for this IC. Please help us in solving the above issues.
