Hi Maryam,

Both those specs only have typical numbers. From measurements I've seen over temperature (-40C to 85C) FOM and flicker fluctuate on the order of 2-3dB. What phase noise criteria are you trying to keep within over temperature?

thanks for answering to my request, my request over temperature is following: -105 dBC/Hz@2KHz @Center Frequency=10GHz
Note: Phase noise of Reference no restricted

Hi Maryam,

The device won't be able to meet that even at typical room temperature, for center frequency of 10GHz, 2kHz offset, phase noise is around -101dBc/Hz.
