How can we verify that a part has been programmed correctly?

    The best way to verify that a part has been programmed correctly is to perform a register read dump. Datasheet section 10.5.3 covers how to perform a block register read. You can then compare the register values to the register map in the datasheet, or compare the register values to a known-good register dump file, to determine if the device has been programmed correctly.
