LMK61E0M: Output frequency at LVCOMS 3.3V

Hi,

Datasheet shows that Output frequency at LVCOMS 3.3V is from 50MHz(min) to 200MHz(max).
My cusotmer wants to use LMK61E0M with 12.5MHz or 24MHz or 25MHz or 48MHz.
Can LMK61E0M use under those condition?

What does below spec mean?

Yes, the LMK61E0M is functional and configurable to the frequencies you listed.

What does the spec which is showed as minimum 50MHz mean?

50 MHz is the lowest frequency under which the phase jitter parameter is specified. But it is functional at lower frequencies, but jitter may be higher than specified.
